“Thank you very much. I understand about book keeping. We started making good ways of helping these women that people will not know about the money from you, but they will just be assisted at good scale. Many poor women they like to visit Lucy's kitchen for small things, so it is easy for her to help them. Another traditional way, is that Lucy will be visiting some poor families carrying some flour for nsima (maispap), soap, salt, or a blanket etc. This is very traditional. Glory will take her part in the work as well. She will be a charitable girl. On Sundays, after church, she will be going on a bicycle with a schoolbag on her back and with something on the carrier of the bicycle (maize flour or just maize or a blanket or salt) into the village for short visit to some  poor families. She only has to say a very few words to the family: " MY MOTHER HAS SENT ME TO GIVE YOU THESE THINGS". Nice to do in a traditional way, everything is well organized.

Lucy tells me that we need to have good stock of maize for helping poor families .She has said that now the price of maize is getting higher and higher due to high demand. The maize is very scarce in the village now. We need to buy maize now from Hewe before the situation is worse. Go ahead with this work. Many poor  families will be assisted from this arrangement. Thank you very much for this hard work of collecting funds .People have good trust in you. We will start and work on small scale.

We wish you good luck all the time. Greetings and big hug from Lucy. With much love, Andrea & Lucy.”
